The summer holidays are coming to an end, the next winter is surely upon us: MSC Cruises already has numerous ideas ready to escape from Switzerland, which will soon be cold again. These days many Swiss travel agencies and the editorial staff of Travelnews are receiving visitors: the two MSC cracks Simon Gauch and Marvin Lehne present exciting winter pearls from the MSC winter catalog 2024/2025.
“We are still getting some last-minute bookings for the current summer, but our focus is now on winter,” says Sales Director Simon Gauch, opening the winter catalogue to the most interesting pages. First he mentions the current “Save up to 30%” promotion for winter slopes and then lists some winter highlights:
- Emirates with MSC Euribia, Emirates flights from Geneva and Zurich to Dubai
- From Fort-de-France (Martinique) with MSC Virtuosa through the Antilles, 14 nights, flights from Zurich and Geneva via Frankfurt with MSC charter/Condor
- MSC Operates 7-night routes around the Canary Islands between 3 November 2024 and 16 March 2025 – with shares on the direct Edelweiss flight from Zurich to Tenerife.
- MSC World Europa in the Mediterranean.
With Marvin Lehne MSC Switzerland has found a competent successor to Joel Lendenmann, who have become self-employed. Lehne comes from Stuttgart and, after completing his travel agency training, worked for four years as a sales agent for the cruise operator Dreamlines in Hamburg, most recently for a year at E-Hoi. He is now on tour in travel agencies throughout German-speaking Switzerland, most recently in Upper Valais together with Simon Gauch. They clearly enjoyed the sales trip, “we were treated to raclette and Heida wine,” Simon Gauch laughs.
